Non-urgent definition

Non-urgent means a fault or degradation to part of a Service that does not render the entire service unusable;
Non-urgent. We would normally expect to carry out 70% of all work in the category within 3 calendar months unless operations were affected. If on inspection the problem is greater than reported it will be made safe or usable and a permanent repair will be carried out within the priority timeline, • Damaged basins • Damaged flooring • Damaged windows
Non-urgent means a situation where a minor problem causes a minor inconvenience to Hawaiian, including without limitation, improper printout or display, misspelled error messages and documentation errors. EDS will commence efforts to correct Non-urgent items within a reasonable period of time after any Critical problem is corrected. After all Critical problems are corrected, EDS will then diligently pursue a remedy to Non-urgent problems. EDS will notify Hawaiian of the status of any Non-urgent problem within three (3) Business Days after receipt of a request for support from Hawaiian.
