Non-Uniformed Employees definition
Non-Uniformed Employees. KeySpan employees who are not required to wear uniforms will wear clothing and outerwear not containing any entity's logo when doing business with the public as representatives of LIPA. From time to time, LIPA may supply LIPA logo clothing for events where KeySpan employees represent LIPA, and these employees will be expected to wear this clothing. Use of hardhats/foul weather gear will conform to the requirements for uniformed employees.
