Non-Trust Notes. As defined in the Introductory Statement.
Non-Trust Notes. As defined in the Introductory Statement; provided, that any additional or replacement promissory note created pursuant to Section 31 of the Intercreditor Agreement in connection with the securitization of a Non-Trust Note shall also constitute a Non-Trust Note hereunder.

All portions of the Mortgage File and (to the extent provided under the Trust Loan Purchase Agreement) other documents pertaining to the Trust Loan shall be endorsed or assigned to the extent necessary or appropriate to the purchaser of the Trust Loan in its capacity as the holder of the Trust Notes (as a result of such purchase, repurchase or substitution) and (except for the original Non-Trust Notes) on behalf of the holders of the Non-Trust Notes.
