Non-Transferable Permits definition

Non-Transferable Permits means the Permits or Environmental Permits which, by their terms or by applicable Law may not be transferred to third parties, including Buyer or any of its Subsidiaries.
Non-Transferable Permits means the KO Permits or the Monster Permits which, by their terms or by applicable Law may not be transferred to Third Parties.
Non-Transferable Permits means VR Mining Permits, other than Common Use Permits and Sole Use Permits, which are incapable legally of being transferred from AngloGold to the Purchaser, as identified as such in clause 12.1, including the certificate of registration COR-2 dated 20 June 2006 issued to AngloGold in terms of the NNRA;

More Definitions of Non-Transferable Permits

Non-Transferable Permits means those permits that are not transferable, as identified in Schedule 3.1(h) of the New Gold Disclosure Letter;
