Non-Theatrical means the exhibition of an audio-visual program by a service provided by a non-theatrical venue or facility (excluding private domestic residences) initiated in such non-theatrical venue or facility, provided that such venue or facility is not primarily engaged in the business of exhibiting motion pictures to the public, including: educational institutions (including dormitories); industrial, corporate, retail and commercial establishments; government and civic/community organizations; libraries; museums; parks, beaches, and campgrounds; prisons; churches, convents and monasteries; hospitals, nursing homes and hospices; retirement homes; orphanages; airplanes, cruise ships, ships, river boats, ferries, buses/coaches, and trains; marine and military installations; community and/or social clubs; hotels, motels, inns and lodges; holiday camps; film societies; and cemeteries.
Non-Theatrical means the exhibition of an audio-visual program in or initiated in non-theatrical venues and facilities (except to the extent such venues and facilities are a venue or facility of a Residential Customerexcluding private domestic residences), provided that such venue or facility is not primarily engaged in the business of exhibiting motion pictures to the public, including: educational institutions (including dormitories); industrial, corporate, retail and commercial establishments; government and civic/community organizations; libraries; museums; parks, beaches, and campgrounds; prisons; churches, convents and monasteries; hospitals, nursing homes and hospices; retirement homes; orphanages; aeroplanes, cruise ships, ships, river boats, ferries, buses/coaches, and trains; marine and military installations; community and/or social clubs; hotels, motels, inns and lodges; holiday camps; film societies; and cemeteries, by a service provided by such non-theatrical venue.

For the avoidance of doubt, there shall be no restrictions on Licensor’s right to exhibit and authorize others to exhibit such Program by means of Non-Theatrical Exhibition.
In such a case, TRV shall own all Television and Non-Theatrical Rights in these TRV Produced Programs throughout the world, in perpetuity.
After 12:01am local time in the applicable Territory on the day after such episode’s initial Availability Date hereunder, through Non-Theatrical Exhibition, Home Theatre, Home Video, EST, VOD/TVOD/PPV; provided, however, that the DVD/Blu-ray Disc and Ultra HD/4K release for each season shall be no earlier than the respective DVD/Blu-ray Disc and Ultra HD/4K release in the United States.

Non-Theatrical means the delivery and / or exhibition of a motion picture, television show or other entertainment product to audiences at the physical facilities, (i) of airplanes, trains, ships and other forms of common carrier transportation, (ii) of schools, colleges and other educational institutions, government agencies, libraries, religious and civic groups, clubs and services organizations, (iii) of non-public areas of hotels, motels and other lodging, and/or (iv) shut-in institutions, prisons, hospitals, nursing homes, retirement centers, offshore drilling rigs, logging camps and construction camps, and for which exhibition an admission fee may be charged.
