Non-Technical Summary definition

Non-Technical Summary has the meaning given to it in the relevant Environmental Law.
Non-Technical Summary means the Non-Technical Summary in relation to the EIA.
Non-Technical Summary means a short, stand-alone document that presents the important results of an EIA Report, in an accessible and easy-to-read format, for public consultation.

The car park will still be accessed from Mill Lane with egress onto Custom House Street.These amendments are reflected in the Revised Environmental Statement (and associated Appendices / Non-Technical Summary) and the amended Masterplan 2 document dated 23rd May 2005 (affected neighbouring occupiers and the National Assembly for Wales have been advised of the revisions to these documents with the revised Environmental Statement advertised on site and in the local press).
