Non-taxable Entity definition
Non-taxable Entity means any entity which has properly elected ------------------ its classification for federal income tax purposes to be classified as a partnership or to be disregarded as an entity separate from its owner.
Non-taxable Entity means any sale, transfer or assignment of the Improvements or any portion thereof or any interest therein to a person or entity that is exempt from property taxation under applicable law.
