Non-student definition

Non-student means any person, minor or adult, not regularly enrolled in day classes on the school property upon which he/she is present. A person who fails to leave on request of school personnel is subject to arrest (Penal Code 653 sec. g).
Non-student means any person not registered and enrolled in that school or a suspended student who does not have permission to be on the school campus. ‘School” means any elementary, secondary, high school, vocational- technical, college, or university in this state. ‘School bus” means any motor bus being used to transport children to and from school or in connection with school activities. The following provisions shall not apply:
