Non-Structural Repair definition
Non-Structural Repair means work undertaken to restore the damaged interior and exterior parts of a Motor Vehicle, that do not have an intrinsic bearing on the mechanical functioning of the Motor Vehicle, including plastic, aluminium, and steel parts.

Plans and specifications for all Construction Work in connection with Structural Alterations of the Pier or any part thereof, including Pier Structural Repair Work, Casualty or Condemnation Restorations respecting same (but excluding interior construction work, Non-Structural Repair Work and Paver Fundraising Work) (“Major Construction Work”) shall be satisfactory to Landlord, in its reasonable discretion.
