Non-stealth definition
Non-stealth means any facility not camouflaged in a readily apparent manner to blend with surrounding land uses and features. The design does not conceal the intended use of the facility and incorporates no readily apparent elements of stealth technology or design. A standard monopole with equipment cabinets aboveground and unscreened would be considered non-stealth.
