Non-SPE definition
Non-SPE as defined in Section 3.05(m).
Non-SPE means any Person that is not an SPE (e.g., RXR Parent, Institutional Investor, Qualified Institutional Investor, a public corporation which is listed on any national or regional stock exchange or is listed in the NASDAQ system, multi-asset investment funds and other multi-asset investment vehicles).
