Non-SOE Software definition
Non-SOE Software means all Software, other than Legacy Software, that is installed on any Supported Equipment at any time during the Term of the Agreement but is not included in an SOE. Notice of Claim has the meaning set forth in Section 18.5.1 of the MSA.
