Non-Secure tenancy definition
Non-Secure tenancy means those tenancies provided for under schedule 1 and sections 63 (1), 65 (3) and 68 (1) of the Housing Act, 1985 and sections 188, 193 and 200 of the Housing Act, 1996 and any other such legal provision.
