Examples of Non-Scope Services in a sentence

  • Any other services provided by the Provider that have not been authorised in advance in writing by the Executive shall be outside the scope of this Arrangement (“Non-Scope Services”) and the costs of the Non-Scope Services and all responsibilities, obligations and liabilities relating to or arising in connection with the Non- Scope Services shall be the sole responsibility of the Provider.
