Non-runner definition
Non-runner means the vehicle cannot be driven on or off the transport under its own power. This includes a vehicle with a defective braking system.
Book Runner means the same as defined in the Public Offering Regulations, 2017;
Bookrunner or “Administrative Agent” of any kind shall have no right or duty under any Loan Documents other than those applicable to all Lenders, and shall in no event have any fiduciary duty to any Secured Party.
Sole Bookrunner means Pareto Securities AB.
Book Running Lead Managers or “BRLMs” shall have the meaning given to such term in the Preamble;
