Non-Routine Work definition

Non-Routine Work has the meaning set forth in Article II.
Non-Routine Work means any rectification or repair of a discrepancy or damage discovered following the definition of the Workscope and necessary to its fulfilment and that of any related Additional Work, which at the time of its discovery, cannot be performed, under the reasonable appreciation of Contractor, under the Ground Time and/or the Flat Rate.
Non-Routine Work has the meaning set forth in Section 2.03.

Examples of Non-Routine Work in a sentence

  • In the event the Recipient does not give its approval for the Non-Routine Work and the Service Provider reasonably determines that such Non-Routine Work is necessary to provide any of the Services, then the Service Provider may discontinue the applicable Service effective no earlier than 60 Days following delivery of Notice to the Recipient.

  • Customer has agreed to an Additional Work or a Non-Routine Work for which Contractor has planned for an additional delay.

  • In the event of an emergency situation requiring immediate Non-Routine Work, the applicable Service Provider shall perform, or cause to be performed, any work necessary to address or resolve the emergency situation.

  • In the event the cost of any maintenance, repair or replacement of any facilities or equipment that is necessary to perform the Services equals or exceeds $50,000.00, and such maintenance, repair or replacement is not part of the Services (the “Non-Routine Work”), the applicable Service Provider shall seek prior approval from the applicable Recipient of its proportionate share of the cost of such Non-Routine Work before performing any work on such facilities or equipment.

  • Each Service Provider agrees to retain all such records for a period of time not less than two (2) Years following the end of the calendar Year in which the applicable Services or Non-Routine Work was performed.

  • To the extent any such Non-Routine Work will involve the expenditure of $50,000.00 or more, the Service Provider shall promptly notify the applicable Recipient of the emergency situation requiring such Non-Routine Work.

  • In the event the cost of any maintenance, repair or replacement of any facilities or equipment that is necessary to perform a Service equals or exceeds $5,000,000.00, and such maintenance, repair or replacement is not part of the Service (the “Non-Routine Work”), Service Provider will determine in good faith whether to undertake, or cause to be undertaken, the Non-Routine Work.

  • The Parties agree that (a) they will abide by, and shall cause each applicable Service Provider to abide by, at a minimum, the safety requirements provided by Operator and Holdings from time to time with respect to the Tank Field and the Rail Rack, respectively, and (b) all Non-Routine Work will be performed in compliance with applicable Laws.

  • To the extent any such Non-Routine Work will involve the expenditure of $50,000.00 or more, the Service Provider shall notify the applicable Recipient of the emergency situation requiring such Non-Routine Work.

  • The Estimated TAT shall be extended for the period of time that performance by Aeroman is affected by any of the foregoing events or circumstances; provided, that in the event of a delay of the type specified in paragraph 4.3.5, the Estimated TAT shall be deemed extended by one (1) Day for every six hundred (600) man hours required to correct any major defect or damage or to perform Significant Non-Routine Work.


More Definitions of Non-Routine Work

Non-Routine Work means Work required by the Manager or their designee that is unscheduled repairs, such as Emergency Services.
Non-Routine Work means work performed that is not Routine
Non-Routine Work means Contractor provided parts, labor, supplies and materials necessary to repair or replace any Unit or part thereof, damaged or destroyed after the beginning of the Term, as a result of vandalism, abuse by the public, or an occurrence of Force Majeure.
