Non-Responsive Information definition
Non-Responsive Information means, with respect to any Audio Recordings produced by the CAISO in response to a data request which asks for Audio Recordings involving one or more non-CAISO entities, any conversation, discussion or dialogue that does not involve at least one participant who is an employee, agent, consultant, contractor or representative of the non-CAISO entity or entities identified in the data request. With respect to any Audio Recordings produced by any Participant other than the CAISO, “Non-Responsive Information” means any such Audio Recording to the extent it includes any conversation, discussion or dialogue that is not responsive to the specific data request.
