Non-resident agent definition
Non-resident agent means an agent within the meaning of this Act, who, being in the Cook Islands, has no fixed and permanent place of business or abode there;
Non-resident agent means an agent within the meaning of this Act who, being in the Kingdom, has no fixed and permanent place of business or abode therein;
Non-resident agent means an agent witbin the meaning of this Act who, being in New Zealand, has no flxed and permanent place of business or abode there :
