Non-Regulated Services definition

Non-Regulated Services for the purpose of this Agreement, means the services which are not regulated by the Authority and as such the User Charges are as fixed by the Concessionaire or as negotiated by the Concessionaire with the third parties from time to time;
Non-Regulated Services means those Services that are not regulated by regulatory authority, including, but not limited to, Non-USA Services.
Non-Regulated Services means those Services that are not regulated by the FCC, including, but not limited to, the Enhanced Services and the Non-US Services, which are provided pursuant to Schedules Two and Four, respectively. The Non-Regulated Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as supplemented by the non-inconsistent Service Terms contained in the Company’s Guide.

Examples of Non-Regulated Services in a sentence

  • If either Party requests multiple billing media or additional copies of the bills, the billing Party will provide these at the rates set forth in BellSouth’s FCC No. 1 Tariff, Section 13.3.6.3, except for resold services which shall be at the rates set forth in BellSouth’s Non-Regulated Services Pricing List N6.

  • The Non-Regulated Services shall be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, as supplemented by the non-inconsistent Service Terms contained in the Company’s Guide.

Related to Non-Regulated Services

  • Hosted Services means any cloud-based services, hosted service (including hosted services relating to the Licensed Software), software as a service, or other Internet or network-based services provided under the Agreement.

  • Related Services means the services incidental to the supply of the goods, such as insurance, delivery, installation, commissioning, training and initial maintenance and other such obligations of the Supplier under the Contract.

  • Health-related services means services that may have an effect on the health of individuals but are not health services or social care services;

  • PREVENTIVE CARE SERVICES means covered healthcare services performed to prevent the occurrence of disease as defined by the Affordable Care Act (ACA). See Preventive Care and Early Detection Services in Section 3. PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER (PCP) means, for the purpose of this plan, professional providers that are family practitioners, internists, and pediatricians. For the purpose of this plan, gynecologists, obstetricians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants may be credentialed as PCPs.   • Restricted Services means services of any kind or character comparable to those Executive provided to the Company during the eighteen (18) month period immediately preceding Executive’s last date of employment with the Company.
