Non-Proprietary Data definition

Non-Proprietary Data means any non-proprietary and anonymous or pseudonymous data that may be generated or obtained by Amazon Ad Server in connection with the Services, including data included in a HTTP(S) header or HTTP(S) response, such as user agent strings and time stamps; IP addresses; URLs not provided by or on behalf of Customer; and persistent and non-persistent identifiers, such as session IDs, cookie IDs, cache-based IDs, mobile advertising identifiers and device IDs.
Non-Proprietary Data means data that is generated or obtained by nscreenads DSP in connection with the Services that may include Personal Data as defined by applicable laws, and which nscreenads DSP processes as a controller. Non-Proprietary Data includes data included in a HTTP header or HTTP response, such as user agent strings and time stamps; IP addresses; URLs not provided by or on behalf of Customer; and persistent and non-persistent identifiers, such as session IDs, cookie IDs, cache-based IDs, mobile advertising identifiers and device IDs.

Examples of Non-Proprietary Data in a sentence

  • In this way, the NIST Contractors will receive the Non-Proprietary Data from Provider, as well as certain initial Results from the ARIA assessors and users, including the Evaluation Logs, all of which the NIST Contractors will then anonymize, including removing the personally identifiable information (“PII”) of individual assessors and users.

  • NIST may publicly disclose the anonymized Non-Proprietary Data and the Results, including the anonymized Evaluation Logs, as well as NIST’s analyses of the same (“Analysis”), including through written publications, web site content, and presentations.

  • NIST intends to, and Provider agrees that NIST may, make the anonymized Non-Proprietary Data and the Results available to the public, at NIST’s discretion, including by the sharing of the same with other submitters of AI models and systems for use in the Research Project.

  • To the extent that nscreenads DSP processes personal data about any natural person (“Personal Data”, which may also be referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” by applicable laws) supplied or collected by or on behalf of Customer (“Customer Personal Data”) in the course of providing the Services, it will do so as a processor acting on behalf of Customer (as data controller), however, nscreenads DSP processes Non-Proprietary Data as a controller.
