Non-project aid definition
Non-project aid means assistance which is not tied to a programme/project and which is provided in kind (goods, materials, equipment), in cash or in the form of expertise (including volunteers) for charity and humanitarian purposes (hereinafter referred to as humanitarian objectives).
Non-project aid means aid that does not belong to programs, projects, and is provided in kinds or cash or experts (including voluntary experts) for humanitarian and development purposes.
