Non-Permitted Fraternization definition
Non-Permitted Fraternization. This is not allowed by any faculty member while employed by IUPUI and it is strictly against IU’s policy of faculty conduct. Fraternization occurs when a faculty member engages in ANY personal or romantic involvement (that is to say any involvement that is not professional and commensurate with the proper teacher/student relationship) with ANY student while the student is registered for classes here at any Indiana or Purdue campus. Violation of this rule will result in immediate termination and all future employment with IUPUI will be prohibited.
