Non-Performance Factor definition

Non-Performance Factor or “NPF” means the monthly non-performance factor set out in Exhibit F.

Examples of Non-Performance Factor in a sentence

  • ANPFOD is the Availability Non-Performance Factor applicable to an Outage Day and is equal to: 1, if the Outage Day is a Timely Notice Outage Day, or 2, if the Outage Day is a Late Notice Outage Day.

  • CNPFCCD is the Capacity Non-Performance Factor applicable to each Capacity Charge Day, and is equal to 4.

  • DNPFDCH is the Dispatch Non-Performance Factor applicable to each Dispatch Charge Hour, and is equal to 2.
