Non PCT Application definition
Non PCT Application means any patent application claiming priority of the provisional application filed in any jurisdiction not a member of the Patent cooperation Treaty or, if no PCT application is filed, a patent application filed in any non-USA jurisdiction pursuant to the Paris Convention for the Protection of Industrial Property or revisions thereof.
