Non-Payment Fee definition

Non-Payment Fee means the fee so titled as set out in the Schedule of Fees and Payment Methods.

Examples of Non-Payment Fee in a sentence

  • The Agent and the Lenders shall forgive payment of the Tranche B Non-Payment Fee if the Borrower has terminated the Tranche B Commitments and paid in full the outstanding Tranche B Loan on or before the Tranche B Termination Date.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Lender agrees that Lender shall forbear from demanding payment of such Non-Payment Fee until the earlier of the Maturity Date or the date on which all of the other Non-Ad Art Guaranty Obligations are paid in full.
