Non-Owner Occupied Loan definition
Non-Owner Occupied Loan means any Mortgage Loan in respect of which the related Mortgaged Property is not the primary residence of the related Mortgagor.
Non-Owner Occupied Loan means an Eligible Asset secured by a Residential Dwelling which is not occupied by the Mortgagor as its primary residence.
