Non-operational Capacity definition
Non-operational Capacity means capacity of STPs which are not operating
Non-operational Capacity means either: (i) Satellite Capacity on a Satellite at a new orbital location or (ii) capacity on a future Satellite at an existing orbital location which offers technical characteristics significantly different from those previously available at that location, as determined by Intelsat.
