Any such amendment and any such consent by the Class B Certificateholder shall be conclusive and binding on such Class B Certificateholder and upon all future Holders of this Class B Certificate and of any Class B Certificate issued in exchange hereof or in lieu hereof whether or not notation thereof is made upon this Class B Certificate.
