NON-OPAQUE MANNER means the provision of information to a user concerning hotel lodging accommodations where the user is able to see the identity of the hotel prior to booking the accommodation.
NON-OPAQUE MANNER means the provision to a Person of information concerning Airline products or services where the Person is able to see the identity, schedules, availability, fares and price offerings of Airline prior to the purchase of such products or services.
NON-OPAQUE MANNER means the provision to a Person via the Internet of information concerning airline travel products or services in any manner other than in an Opaque Manner.
