Non-Oncology Indication definition

Non-Oncology Indication means any Indication that is not an Oncology Indication.
Non-Oncology Indication means any disease, condition, disorder or syndrome, or sign or symptom of, or associated with, a disease, condition, disorder or syndrome, excluding all Oncology Indications.
Non-Oncology Indication. : shall mean any Indication other than an oncology Indication.

  • Each milestone payment in the table below shall be payable following the achievement by Astellas or its Related Parties of the applicable Milestone Event with respect to the applicable region for the first Non-Oncology Indication.

  • In particular, prior to the First Commercial Sale, Corvus shall actively invest in and use Commercially Reasonable Efforts to progress at least one Oncology or Non-Oncology Indication in the Field in at least one Major Market.

  • TGTX shall pay the milestones payments set forth below (which, when paid, shall be considered fully earned and non-refundable) for each Product or New Product following approval for commercialisation for any Non-Oncology Indication and achievement of the events outlined in the table below (the “Non-Oncology Indication Milestone Payments”).

  • Each of the Non-Oncology Indication Milestone Payments shall be paid only once per Product and once per New Product for the events set forth below, whether such milestone event is achieved by TGTX, its Affiliates, its Sublicensees (subject to Section 6.4 for post NDA filing), or any Third Party acting on behalf of TGTX, its Affiliates, or its Sublicensees.

  • If the same Product is sold for use both in an Oncology Indication and in a Non-Oncology Indication (with no obvious price, presentation or dose differential), then the Parties shall work together in good faith to determine the appropriate methodology for allocation of Net Sales of such Product between such Oncology Indication 39 *Confidential Treatment Requested.
