Non-Occupational Disability definition

Non-Occupational Disability means an illness, injury or disease that was not caused by your employment and which is not excluded by the Plan.

Examples of Non-Occupational Disability in a sentence

  • Approved unpaid leaves, including Non-Medical Discretionary Leave of Absence, Non-Occupational Disability Leave, unpaid Family Leave, or Parenthood Leave shall cause the aforementioned ten (10) years (Article V, Section 1.C.) of full-time County service to be postponed a number of calendar days equal to the approved unpaid Leave.

  • Approved unpaid leaves, including Non-Medical Discretionary Leave of Absence, Non-Occupational Disability Leave, unpaid Family Leave, or Parenthood Leave shall cause the aforementioned ten (10) years (Article V, Section 1.C. and E.) of full-time County service to be postponed a number of calendar days equal to the approved unpaid Leave.

  • Property Manager shall assure that any contractor performing work on the Property maintains insurance satisfactory to Owner, including, but not limited to, Workers' Compensation Insurance (and, when required by law, compulsory Non-Occupational Disability Insurance) and insurance against liability for injury to persons and property arising out of all such contractor's operations naming Property Manager and Owner as additional insureds.

  • Family & Medical Leave will run concurrently with Non-Occupational Disability.

Related to Non-Occupational Disability

  • mental disability means one or more mental disorders, as defined in the most recent edition of the American Psychiatric Association's "Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders", or a record of or regarding a person as having one or more such disorders;
