Non-occupational definition

Non-occupational means, with respect to Injury, an Injury which does not arise out of and in the course of any employment for wage or profit; and, with respect to Illness, means a disease in connection with which the person is entitled to no benefits under any Workers' Compensation law or similar legislation. "Out-of-Network Provider" shall refer to Physicians and facilities that have not contracted to participate in the Exclusive Provider Organizations chosen by the Company.
