Non-Obligors definition

Non-Obligors means, at any time, all Subsidiaries of ATS that are not then either Obligors or Discontinued Entities.
Non-Obligors means all Subsidiaries of the Borrower or ADT Limited that are not Obligors.
Non-Obligors means a member of the Group that is neither an Obligor nor an Excluded Company.

Examples of Non-Obligors in a sentence

  • The Obligors will not make or permit any change in the manner in which they operate business transactions between the Obligors, on the one hand, and the Non-Obligors, on the other hand, that could reasonably be expected to be adverse to the interests of the Agent or the Secured Parties.
