NON MUTILATION definition

NON MUTILATION. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees and understands that at no time may they mutilate or physically change their dog in any way for strictly cosmetic purposes. This shall include tail docking and ear cropping. AGGRESSION/BITING: While CPR makes no warranties, representations or guarantees whatsoever about the temperment of the dog, if at anytime the dog, while in the adopter’s care or control, becomes aggressive or bites another animal or human, the adopter shall not euthanize the dog, but shall immediately return the dog to CPR. If the adopter euthanizes the dog in lieu of return the dog to CPR, that will be considered a breach of contract as defined below.

  • Theft means robbery, burglary or hold-up, occurring with or without violence or the threat of violence.

  • surrender when used with respect to American Depositary Shares, shall mean (i) one or more book-entry transfers of American Depositary Shares to the DTC account of the Depositary, (ii) delivery to the Depositary at its Office of an instruction to surrender American Depositary Shares not evidenced by a Receipt or (iii) surrender to the Depositary at its Office of one or more Receipts evidencing American Depositary Shares.

  • Destruction means any damage to, loss or destruction of all or any portion of the Collateral.

  • Cancellation means an end to the Contract affected pursuant to a right which the Contract creates due to a Breach.

  • Destroyed Mortgage Note A Mortgage Note the original of which was permanently lost or destroyed and has not been replaced.
