Non-Mining Lease definition
Non-Mining Lease ore" means any rock, soil or sand bearing heavy minerals mined from areas other than areas within the Mining Lease and whether within or outside Australia; "titanium slag" means any upgraded titaniferous mineral other than synthetic rutile; and
