Non-Material Product definition
Non-Material Product means any Product or Products which, individually or in the aggregate, do not represent a material amount of Galaxy's aggregate production as of the date hereof; provided, however, that any Product that is categorized under the Slices or Shreds Product Lines shall not be a Non-Material Product.
Examples of Non-Material Product in a sentence
If, prior to the Effective Date, SFI notifies Galaxy in writing that it is unable to produce any Non-Material Product in accordance with the Specifications or otherwise in compliance with SFI's representations, warranties, guaranties, covenants or other obligations under Section IV hereof, then such Product shall not be a Product under this Agreement.
