Property Damage Protection definition

Property Damage Protection. As part of renter’s stay, a Damage Protection insurance plan can be purchased. The insurance plan is designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit By purchasing this insurance plan, renter authorizes and requests the Insurance Service provider to pay directly ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Prospect LLC any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Property Damage Protection policy. Children: Children are to be supervised at all times for their safety and the safe keeping of the house and property. No child under the age of 10 shall be left alone without a custodian to supervise. Custodians must be at least 15 years old or older, and have a means (mobile/cell phone) to call 911 in the case of an emergency. Custodians must know their location (▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇) to provide first responders in an emergency.

Examples of Property Damage Protection in a sentence

  • Owner may require the purchase of Property Damage Protection Insurance Plan (“PDP”) or a Prop.

  • If Property Damage Protection was declined, payment will be deducted from the Security Deposit and any costs in excess of $3,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.

  • If the Guest opts out of the Property Damage Protection coverage in Section 3, then simultaneously with Guest signing this Agreement, or prior to check-in, Guest shall deliver to Agent the Security Deposit in the amount of $3,000.00 in the form of a personal check, cashier’s check or wire transfer.

  • Property Damage Protection described in Section 3 covers unintentional damages to the Property interior up to $3,000.00.

  • You are also required to purchase a $5000.00 Property Damage Protection Insurance policy from CSA Travel Protection Company...please see the following instructions: REQUIRED $5000.00 Property Damage Protection is to be purchased by the Guest at the time of reservation directly through CSA Travel Protection Company offered at $99.00.

  • Once you purchase the required $5000.00 Property Damage Protection Insurance policy, I will also receive an email confirmation from CSA Travel Protection Company verifying your purchase of their $5000.00 Property Damage Protection.

  • Owner may require the purchase of either a Property Damage Protection Insurance Plan (“PDP”) or a Damage Waiver (“DW”) through Owner or a refundable damage deposit (“Damage Deposit”).

  • Owner requires the purchase of Property Damage Protection Insurance Plan (“PDP”) or a Prop.

  • If Property Damage Protection was declined, payment will be deducted from the Security Deposit and any costs in excess of $5,000.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.
