Non-LEP definition

Non-LEP or “Non-ELL” refers to a student who is not an English Language Learner, Limited English Proficient, or Non-English Proficient and who does not require assistance from the District to overcome language barriers in order to have equal and meaningful participation in the District’s instructional programs.

  • Non-U.S. Holder means a Holder that is not treated as a United States person for U.S. federal income tax purposes as defined under Section 7701(a)(30) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended from time to time.

  • Non-consenting working interest owner means a working interest owner who does not enter into an agreement with Ascent pertaining to the operation of the Pointer N CRC JF Unit. At the time of this order, there are no non-consenting working interest owners identified by Ascent.

  • Economic Interest Owner means the owner of an Economic Interest who is not a Member.

  • Non-U.S. Participant means any Participant that if it were a Lender would qualify as a Non-U.S. Lender.

  • Non-U.S. Lender means a Lender that is not a U.S. Person.
