Non-Interference definition

Non-Interference. For a period of two (2) years following your retirement, you will not directly or indirectly induce or encourage:
Non-Interference. With respect to the national football clubs of Canada, Peru, Norway and Ireland and with respect to the Colo Colo football club in Chile (collectively, the “Designated Sponsored Parties”), to the extent that such Designated Sponsored Parties are and remain parties to exclusive sponsorship agreements with Seller or any licensees of Seller, during the existing term and, except with respect to the Colo Colo football club in Chile, the first renewal term of such agreements, after the Closing, Parent will not interfere, and will prevent its Affiliates from interfering, with such contractual relationship by soliciting the Designated Sponsored Parties to terminate their agreement with Seller or the applicable Seller licensee.
Non-Interference. Contractor shall perform the Services so as not to unreasonably interfere with Agent's or Owner's operation of the Property, the business operations of any occupant of the Property or any other contractor or vendor working at the Property.

  • If any of the provisions of this Non-Interference Agreement or any part of any of them is hereafter construed or adjudicated to be invalid or unenforceable, the same shall not affect the remainder of this Non-Interference Agreement, which shall be given full effect without regard to the invalid portions.

  • I acknowledge further that the restrictions and limitations set forth in this Non-Interference Agreement will not materially interfere with my ability to earn a living following the termination of my employment with the Company and that my ability to earn a livelihood without violating such restrictions is a material condition to my employment with the Company.

  • Each of the rights enumerated in this Non-Interference Agreement shall be independent of the others and shall be in addition to and not in lieu of any other rights and remedies available to the Company Group at law or in equity.

Non-Interference between Component TOEs means that the execution of one Component TOE does not undermine the certified security policy of the other Component TOE as it is defined in the related Security Target specification. In particular,
Non-Interference. The District remains committed to its obligations under collective bargaining laws, including chapter RCW 41.56.   • Transferred Intellectual Property means all the Intellectual Property Related to the Business owned by (“Owned Transferred IP”), or licensed to (“Licensed Transferred IP”), any Seller or any Affiliate Seller in each case except as set forth on Schedule Q.
