ENGINE WARRANTIES - Engine Manufacturer's "Engine and Parts Warranty" reference CE28, "Nacelle Warranty" reference CE49A and "Non-Installation Items Warranty" reference CE7/Audit 1, as set forth in Exhibit C which forms a part of the General Terms Agreement, and as limited by the applicable terms of the General Terms Agreement and such Exhibit C.
IAE shall, upon written request from Spirit and subject to the permission of the appropriate governmental authorities, arrange for Spirit to have reasonable access to the appropriate premises in order to examine the Non-Installation Items prior to the issue of conformance documentation and to witness Engine acceptance tests.
The Purchase Price for each of the Non-Installation Items shall be the Basic Contract Price, amended pursuant to Clause 2.3 above, and escalated in accordance with the escalation formula contained in Exhibit B-2 to this Contract.
