Non-Implementation Review definition
Non-Implementation Review means a Site-Wide Viability Review (reflecting the agreed methodology in the FVA) to be undertaken by the Owner and submitted to the Council prior to Substantial Commencement should the Development not Substantially Commence within 36 months of the grant of planning permission.
