Non identified data means information that cannot be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate a single person, or to identify an individual in context.
Non identified data means individual level client Data that contain personal, medical, health, cost, or service delivery information, but that exclude all of the sixteen direct identifiers in the HIPAA Limited Data Set Standard at 45 CFR 164.514(e)(2).
