Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data definition

Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data means anonymized generic statistical information derived from such Customer Meta- Data (but not the Customer Data itself) aggregated with statistical information from other customers.
Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data means any information or data that Cisco derived from Customer Data and/or Cisco Cloudlock Metadata provided that such information or data is aggregated and/or anonymized such that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual or entity and cannot otherwise be used to identify Your network. “Retroactive Monitoring” is the ability to assess Your entire data set at-rest for policy violations including all historic available data objects in the applicable cloud application.

Examples of Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data in a sentence

  • Customer agrees that Provider may (i) make Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data publicly available in compliance with Applicable Law, and (ii) use Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data to the extent and in the manner permitted under Applicable Law.

  • Customer owns all right, title and interest in all data and/or content created or provided by Customer (including where applicable Authorized Users), and in all data derived from it, including personal data and specifically excluding the Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data and Non-Identifiable Threat Indicators (defined below) (“Customer Data”).

  • Customer agrees that CyberArk shall own all right, title and interest in the Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data and Non-Identifiable Threat Indicators.

  • Customer owns all right, title and interest in all data and/or content created or provided by Customer, and in all data derived therefrom (“ Customer Data ”) excluding the Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data (as defined below).

  • You agree that we will own all right, title, and interest in the Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data.

  • Customer acknowledges that, as between Customer and Provider, Provider owns all right, title, and interest, including all intellectual property rights and moral rights, in and to the Provider IP, Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data and Provider’s Confidential Information.

  • Customer owns all right, title and interest in all data and/or content created or provided by Customer, and in all data derived therefrom (“Customer Data”) excluding the Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data (as defined below).

  • You own all right, title, and interest in all data you and/or your Authorized Users submit and/or transfer to Jamf, or that is otherwise accessed by the Services for processing as part of the Services, and in all data derived from it, including personal data but specifically excluding Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data (as defined below) (“Customer Data”).

  • Metafold may (i) make Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data publicly available in compliance with applicable law, and (ii) use Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data to the extent and in the manner permitted under applicable law.

  • Customer grants PackageX the right to collect and use Non-Identifiable Aggregated Data for PackageX’s reasonable business purposes, including without limitation for analyzing customer needs and improving the Services.
