Interstate commerce means any commerce moving between any place in a state and any place in another state or between places in the same state through another state;
Intrastate commerce means any and all com- merce or trade that is begun, carried on, and completed wholly within the limits of the State of Washington, and the phrase “introduced into intrastate commerce” defines the time and place at which the first sale and delivery of a commodity is made within the state, the delivery being made either directly to the purchaser or to a common carrier for shipment to the purchaser.
Interstate commission means the Interstate Commission for Juveniles created by Article III of this compact.
Interstate motor carrier means a person who operates or causes to be operated a qualified commercial motor vehicle on a public road or highway in this state and at least 1 other state or Canadian province.
Interstate highway means a highway route on the interstate system as defined in and designated pursuant to Title 23 of the United States Code, prior to the effective date of this act.
