Non-essential workers definition

Non-essential workers means anyone who is not a police officer, an Emergency Medical Technician or Paramedic, an employee of a company providing emergency services dispatch, employed in construction, employees of a business that sells fuel or gasoline, employees of a company providing or preparing food, any employee of a bank, employees or contractors providing plumbing services to residences or businesses, home health care aids, employees of homes or residential facilities for the elderly, or anyone who is employed by the State, County, or Municipal Government and has been designated by that Government as an essential employee during this emergency.
