Non-Essential Services definition
Non-Essential Services means a non-emergency/scheduled admission for medical services when the inmate’s condition permits adequate time to schedule the necessary diagnostic workup and/or initiation of treatment, in accordance with CCR, Title 15.
Non-Essential Services means those programs, services and activities identified in Schedule “DIAND-3” that are not immediately or directly related to an impending or ongoing “emergency” or “disaster” event as defined within that Schedule;
Non-Essential Services means services not providing food supplies, health, financial support or utilities and when not offered to the public will not impact life, health or personal safety, including the following categories of services:
