Non-Employee Worker definition

Non-Employee Worker means any person performing labor or services for or on behalf of the Gaming Operation, or in support of non-gaming activities at the Gaming Facility, who is not classified as a Regular Employee, Temporary Employee, Gaming Employee or Key Employee. Examples of Non-Employee Workers include, but are not limited to, persons employed by labor or staffing firms whose services are provided to the Gaming Operation or at the Gaming Facility on the basis of a contract or other arrangement between the Gaming Operation and such labor or staffing firm.
