Non-eligible NGN definition

Non-eligible NGN means a NGN which is not intended to be held in a manner which would allow Eurosystem eligibility, as stated in the applicable Final Terms;
Non-eligible NGN means a NGN which is not intended to be eligible for Eurosystem operations, as stated in the applicable Terms Document;
Non-eligible NGN means a NGN which is not intended to be eligible for Eurosystem operations, as stated in the applicable Terms Document or as notified by the Issuer, or the Issuing and Paying Agent on its behalf, to the ICSDs;

Examples of Non-eligible NGN in a sentence

  • Each Permanent Global Note shall have annexed thereto a copy of the applicable Final Terms and shall be signed manually or in facsimile by a person duly authorised by the Issuer on behalf of the Issuer, shall be authenticated by or on behalf of the Agent and shall, in the case of a Eurosystem-eligible NGN or in the case of a Non-eligible NGN in respect of which effectuation is to be applicable, be effectuated by the common safekeeper acting on the instructions of the Agent.

More Definitions of Non-eligible NGN

Non-eligible NGN means a Non-Eligible NGN Temporary Global Note or a Non- Eligible NGN Permanent Global Note;
Non-eligible NGN means a NGN which is not intended to be held in a manner which would allow Eurosystem eligibility, as stated in the applicable Final Terms; “Note” means a note in bearer form (provided that the minimum maturity and/or the maximum maturity (as the case may be) shall comply with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements of the jurisdiction of the currency in which the relevant Notes are denominated), the actual maturity (if any) being specified in the relevant Final Terms, issued or to be issued by any of the Issuers pursuant to the Dealer Agreement and shall be in, or substantially in, the relevant form set out in the relevant Schedule, which shall initially be represented by, and comprised in, a Temporary Global Note.
