Non-eligible customer definition

Non-eligible customer means a customer who is obliged to purchase electrical energy from the Public Supplier;
Non-eligible customer means an end user who is supplied electricity in a regulated manner and at regulated prices (tariffs);
Non-eligible customer means those customers who do not fall within the definition of eligible customer pursuant to paragraph 3.1 of the Supply Competition Code;
