Research and Educational Purposes definition
Research and Educational Purposes means the furtherance of Licensee’s internal, non-commercial research and educational projects to be undertaken and supervised by a principal investigator at Licensee (“Principal Investigator”) and employees and agents of Licensee under Principal Investigator’s direction at the Designated Site, and not with or on behalf of third parties including research sponsored by a company.
